The STEP -EA Projects focuses on teacher wellbeing at work and on addressing issues of teacher retension,shortages and attrition in three East African Countries-Kenya,South Sundan and Tanzania.The project is led by Hame University of Applied Sciences in Finland,and brings together five partners institutions across the regions:the university of Nairobi,Egerton University,the University of Juba,the Dar es Salaam University College of Education and the Mkwawa University College of Education
