University Industry Liason Office
The University is committed to strong industrial linkages that strengthen training, research and consultancy, utilization of research findings, curriculum development, and support for university programs. The University Industry Liason Officer (UILO) is responsible for initiating active partnerships and linking students and staff to industry for training, research and consultancy.
Duties and Responsiblities
i) Linking the University to industry for mutual benefit.
ii) Renew linkages/collaborations/partnerships with industry.
iv) Organizing seminars/workshops/visits for University-Industry relationships.
v) Creating opportunities in industry for Egerton University students to get practical experience.
vii) Establishing partnerships with community-based organizations.
